Senior Software Engineer (Voice Agent Platform)

Join the Agent Platform team and play a foundational role in the infrastructure that runs real-time voice agents: bookings, support, collections, onboarding and transactional conversations with measurable business outcomes.
What you'll work on
- Core orchestration systems that run thousands of agents concurrently
- Global-ready deployments spanning multiple regions and datacenters
- Reliable hosting, scaling and lifecycle tooling for live voice agents
- Structured execution environments for AI models and agent logic
- Speed, availability and resiliency of mission-critical services
You'll thrive here if you
- Write software that is efficient, fault-tolerant and battle-ready
- Have designed distributed systems that cannot fail silently
- Know containers and orchestration, and the network side: WebRTC, streaming, NAT (SIP is a plus)
- Debug at the systems level and reason clearly about cost, efficiency and availability
- Have run production workloads at meaningful scale
